| Secretariat publishes new drafts of WSIS documents |

| Geneva, 24 March 2003. Today the WSIS Secretariat has published new drafts of the preliminary WSIS Final Declaration and the Action Plan. The documents represent revised and slightly shortened versions of the working papers which were created at the second PrepCom meeting in February. As was decided at the PrepCom, the statements by "observers" from civil society and private sector are attached to the government papers as a separate annex. However they have also been shortened, and the individual contributions from civil society and business are not marked as separate.
