• Provide a clear picture of what has been achieved- the impact made on WSIS processes and any outcomes;
• Learn from the process and approaches used and provide clear aims and objectives to shape and drive ongoing/future work.

The evaluation is:

• Inclusive: open for input from all stakeholders (ie. civil society). This includes utilising any existing feedback where possible.
• Transparent: once completed the evaluation will be made available to all the relevant stakeholders.

Timetable

Each week a section of the evaluation questions will be posted with a call for responses and discussion on the list. The evaluation team will compile and analyse responses and prepare an evaluation report within two weeks of the final week of discussion.
